Jill Kristin Berkana, and Russell Kenneth Bennett are the Founders of the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy. Jill and Russ Founded CRSMT in 2005. Russell K. Bennett is the Director of CRSMT.

The Advisory Board is comprised of trusted advisors who are experts in a variety of arenas which relate to the operations and academic program of the school. Responsibilities of the Board include but are not limited to: the awarding of scholarship funds, the distribution of charitable donations, and making recommendations regarding policy and protocol.

CRSMT is a Member American Massage Therapy Association Council of Schools, and a

Founding Member of the Alliance for Massage Therapy Education.
