The Advisory Board is comprised of trusted advisors who are experts in a variety of arenas which relate to the operations and academic program of the school. Responsibilities of the Board include but are not limited to: the awarding of scholarship funds, the distribution of charitable donations, and making recommendations regarding policy and protocol.

Jill Bennett and Russell Bennett are the Directors and Administrators of the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy. The support staff includes Personal Assistant, Teo Davis, Admissions Manager, Tammie Ahlberg, and Administrative Assistant, Jaron Davis.
